  1. I believe you are correct about localism. I’ve seen it for a long time. In my book, Circle of Impact: Taking Personal Initiative To Ignite Change, I write about the Two Global Forces. One is the global force of centralization of institutions of finance and governance. The other is the force of global force of decentralization through networks of relationships. My research shows that the former is in decline and the latter is ascending. My next book is looking at the functioning of local communities with the context of the Two Global Forces.

    I am interested in the 20/30 page paper you reference at the beginning of your presentation. Where can I find it to download.
